Return Policy We may, depending on the circumstances of the order, evaluate and offer other solutions such as resending the product (exchange) or resending a different gift of the same value. Since we work with fresh produce, it will be our full right to determine the appropriate and applicable solution. Please notify us when the order arrives or within 1 hour of receiving it for any problem.

We aim to resolve this issue within one business day. Since we work with fresh products, we will have the full right to assess the status of the order.

Returns, Cancellations and Cashback Policy Online Refunds: Please note that there will be no cash refunds as refunds are a. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via phone or support(...........) As long as your order has not been put into production and dispatched, we will cancel the order.

Once an order has gone out for delivery but has not arrived at its destination, we will aim to contact the driver to cancel the delivery. For the special circumstances of a cash return or online refund, please note that 9.5% of the total amount paid will be deducted when refunding as online processing fee and bank fee if the order is out of delivery and it is approved to cancel the delivery fee will not be refunded.
